Always greeted by name. Always asked if I need help, and am helped immediately. Always suggests things I might need in addition to my purchase, yet never pressure to buy anything. Knowledge of staff about birds, what’s migrating, best feeders for best success in my area,all above exceptional. This location is just so much fun to visit. I feel I am visiting my friends when I come in to find great things for my birds. Also gift selections here are great! Always excellent help in the gifting area as well. They are all about education, love this. Thank you all!

The staff are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They make great recommendations for your individual needs. They also provided information about a bird migrating through right now, the Pine Siskins. They even showed me a picture so we can recognize it.
