I love coming into the store each time. I love learning new information about birds and their requirements to survive in our world. And, I love seeing the new merchandise and the quality is always there.

One of the best retail experiences out there and Birdie and her staff are the best.

Watching the birds during Covid has been a highlight for us all. I love that I can go in somewhere, shop and feel safe. Our bird sanctuary has never been better. Oh! The gifts are wonderful too.

I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The salesperson asked if I needed any help and proceeded to help me with my request. Very personable.

Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They have the items i want in stack. The staff provides insight to migration, availability and feeding habits of many of our local birds. Very helpful.

Both salespersons were highly knowledgable as they always are. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, but they welcomed me in. I was with a friend, and although I wasn't needing bird supplies, I found a lovely fall door mat with flag. It is cheerful and I am enjoying it. I go to WBU regularly and I have never seen any staff anywhere as friendly as the McKinney store. I appreciate each person that works there because they clearly love birds, and they know all their products well!
