Very knowledgeable staff. They greet you when come in the store.They talk with you on a personal basis, what type of birds you are seeing, any problems , or squirrels etc. offer to carry out merchandise. Grat customer service.

The person answering the phone is very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Everyone is very helpful. My order is brought to my car within a couple minutes after I arrive at the store. The store is very well organized and clean.
