Found what we were looking for. Found items to be reasonably priced. Purchased items not on our list but of good quality and design.

They helped me right away. They explained which product they recommended. They helped with different types of feeders to prevent squirrels, even though I said I wasn't intending to buy one that day.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able the seed and products the store carries specific for the area. The people are fun and excellent salespeople as well. I had been going to the local tractor supple for awhile to save money but certainly missed the friendly conversations and suggestions about birding (and backyard wildlife).

The staff and Cheryl make the store. Craig is a very good asset as well, he is very honest and doesn't try to "sell you" the whole time you're there. So glad to have a WBU closer to our house!

The variety of items is nice. The staff knows what birds are eating in each season. I get good advice and everyone is always so friendly.

Ease of ordering, products and staff

I'm new at feeding birds and needed a lot of help. The ladies have been just awesome both trips. I am Super happy.

The staff is so friendly! They always remember my name and are knowledgeable with all questions. Always willing to carry your purchases to your car. Best place ever!
