All employees are knowledgeable about the products. All employees are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and there are lots of choices. Teresa specifically remember my name and what I ordered in previous times I had been in the store

Always feel welcomed by Birdie's crew!! Friendly, smiling faces. Every one in the store is extremely knowledgeable about product and birds. They love what they do!

First of all I was greeted immediately by staff. She advised me of the current sales in the store. She told me about a new product for hummingbird feeders.

This is my favorite store of ALL stores. The staff is always smiling. I'm not sure if they're medicated (joke) or just that darn happy. I go with they LOVE their jobs, which means management also must be great to work for and with (which from the customer's viewpoint I believe is 100% the case)

I brought my parents in with me from OK-their Wild Birds isn't as friendly as ours and doesn't carry many of the same things. Associates were very helpful and welcoming and l love that they know me when I come in every time.

Staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. When something was not available they took my name so they can call me when it comes in.
