Friendliness of staff was awesome as well as knowledge birds and merchandise

The website makes it easy to choose the products I need. I love being able to have the products delivered directly from the store instead of using UPS or USPS. The delivery guy was SUPER helpful and friendly.

Staff members are great! Very friendly, more than willing to assist and very knowledgeable. I always feel happy when I come shopping and see the staff.

I love birds and the store provides the things I need to attract them to my yard

This store is a gem to our community. So many at home due to the pandemic so spending time with our backyard birds is just so appreciated. It is obvious that the employees at this store care about birds and the joy they bring to all of us. I also loved the hummingbird class. Learned a lot and will come to more classes as they are available. It would be helpful if those classes went out on a regular email to the Birds Club customers. I only discovered the class when I was in the store.

I was recommended to the store by my son in Houston. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. First trip I brought my granddaughter and they were very nice to her.
