Great staff

We have recently changed our ag exemption to Wildlife Management. I went into the store for guidance and recommendations on feeders, nesting boxes and feeds. Teresa took her time and gave excellent recommendations and provided valuable education. It was a great experience and we will be working closely with Birdie and Teresa as we move forward with our plan.

Love the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, good vibe, and educational lectures.

Everyone is always helpful even when they are in the middle of something else. The available of the products that I need when I need them. Also everything is always clean and neat and easy to see.

Tressa was very knowledgeable and courteous. She helped me choose the bird feed. I’m definitely going back to shop more at the WBU.

Craig helped me choose the right feeder. He did a great job listening to understand what I wanted.

Staff was exceptionally concerned about my health and safety. They also took exceptional precautions keeping themselves safe as well. It was a fabulous experience!

The employees are so very nice and helpful. They call me by name even when I have a mask on they know who I am! I think that means I’m in there to often! So sweet to help carry stuff out even when they are busy and I tell them I can get it! I love this store!
