I was amazed at the speed of delivering my items. I ordered on Tuesday evening and they were delivered Wednesday morning.

Birdie and her staff are very knowledgable and super friendly. They make us feel all like a big family. I LOVE the new layout of the store, I love the ease of getting around and seeing everything so readily.

It is a very pleasant and friendly environment and the staff reach out in a non imposing way. My first associate was nice but I was more impressed with Birdie. I think she listened more attentively to my opening comments on what I wanted and what I didn't want. I am really excited about my purchase and the relaxing time from it.
