With the Covid virus, I could not enter the store, but when I called, they knew which bird seeds I wanted and made some additional suggestions which I took.

I have always liked the quality of these products as well as the great advice and availability of all kinds of options for different birds, i.e. songbirds, woodpeckers, etc.

Do to the Corona virus, businesses have had to change the way they do business, and WBU has done a wonderful job transitioning. While I was not able to actually go into the store, all I had to do was call, tell them what I needed, and they had it ready, and brought it to my car. They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them, and do. Very beautiful store. Clean and inviting. Can't say enough.

Because of the Corona Virus situation, I drove to my favorite store on Hardin in McKinney--parked out front and called for my order, paid by credit card and Birdie brought my bags out to my car!! I've always loved this store but this was the best service ever!!! Thanks so much--delightful!!

As always, was recognized and greeted upon entering the store. Was shown several of the newer items. Had a nice discussion about the owl cam.
