I like the staff and thier knowledge. They help me with the multiple bags of seed out to my car, even though it wasn't necessary, but it was nice. The seed seems mostly free of filler debris.

They have great products and knowledgeable staff who always make me feel welcomed.

The woman who helped me was very friendly and considerate. She taught me something about what I was asking for and did not try to upsell me. The only reason I stay out of your store is because it’s very tempting to me and priced too high for my budget.

I was researching fountains/birdbaths for next summer. I learned a LOT from the owners of the store and 2 other employees. Everyone took a lot of time with me, and I was very grateful.

I live in Ohio but needed to order merchandise specific to MD. It took a while for me to figure out how to accomplish this but staff in Ohio WBU were very helpful. Staff in MD also jumped right in to help. The order was delivered the same day. Excellent service from every location.

Wild Birds Unlimited has fresh seed that my wild birds enjoy. They have interesting new materials to choose from each visit. I found the staff very helpful.
