Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to make a recommendation of bird seed based on the description of my feeder. I was so impressed with his knowledge I chose to purchase more of the same product he recommended.

I appreciate that the bark butter is always available when I shop at Wild Birds. I love that I can trust the quality of the food but the best part is the staff. When I walked into the store I was happy to see Susan H was working! We always have a great conversation and just walking in to her greeting me by my name and genuinely asking how I am doing makes my day. She's always so helpful and gives good advice on whatever I need- like the cylinder feeder she recommended when I was going out of town for a week. I love this store and will keep coming back!
