Our squirrel buster feeder fell down and had a broken part. We came in and the employee was able to give us a replacement with no problems! I was thrilled; I would have happily purchased another feeder if needed but I was so pleasantly surprised that we got a replacement part!

Friendly staff, always interesting to talk to them about what I'm seeing at the feeders. Birds love the food I get, there is very little mess.

They have very high quality merchandise and a great variety of items. I don’t have to worry about the seed going bad. They always have what I need.
