Good customer service and high quality merchandise.

I came in specifically looking for live mealworms and Paul was so helpful and kind. He showed me all of the different options of bird feed, baths, feeders, and told me about the monthly subscription membership. My favorite part about my visit was our conversation and connecting with another real live (as opposed to online) person who shares my love and enthusiasm for birds :) Thank you!

I knew what kind of seed I wanted and the did not have it out in the size bag I wanted. They quickly repackaged some for me. The bird feeder I wanted was on display with a squirrel cage around it. They removed the squirrel cage so I could buy just the feeder. I had questioned about adding another arm to a pole and they were very helpful, showing me all the options in all price ranges.

I always am greeted with a friendly smile when I enter the store.
