Staff was so helpful, products were exactly what I needed, joined as "member" and got great little gift.

I was greeted by a friendly gentleman asking how he could help us. I believe his name was Paul. He answered any questions we had and I was able to purchase what I needed. As well as signed up for yearly membership. He explained everything very clearly. I am looking forward to going back when we can. We live in West Virginia and the Frederick Store is the closest to us.

We wanted a whole new set up for our feeders. The associates showed us the various feeders in stock and made some good recommendations. We are quite satisfied with what we purchased.

The sunflower seed we purchased is much higher quality than what we recently got at a big box store, which had a lot of junk in it. And the staff is just so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.
