Staff was quite patient when my credit cards were declined. I had not used several in years, and the one I normally use had been shut down for an unusual purchase. Owner did not make me feel ashamed. Credit was accepted several days later, after a few phone calls.

We were looking for squirrel-proof merchandise for a gift. Not only did we e find quality bird feeders but the staff gave us great advice about squirrels aversion to capsaicin. Knowing this, we also bought hot suet for our suet feeder! Highly recommend the store & their knowledgeable staff!
