I enjoy going into the store because it is filled with wonderful things for the birds in my yard and the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The new owners are really taking a tremendous interest and their energy is contagious. They are making a lot of positive cosmetic changes to the store and offering sales to bring customers in. Joan is always friendly and willing to answer questions regarding not only the merchandise but her knowledge of birds. I always look forward to seeing her when I visit the store!
