I placed an order at 10pm and it was delivered the next day. They called ahead of time to let me know they were dropping the order off and even left a thank you note on the receipt. They are always incredibly kind at this location. I am grateful for the delivery option, especially during Covid. I would much rather support a local business than order off of Amazon and delivery allows me to do so. All around great customer service!

The type of birdhouses that WBU carries is unique to other vendors and the birds love WBU houses. The quality of the houses is excellent and the prices may be a little higher than other places but you pay for what you get; the birdhouses that I buy at WBU are good quality and can withstand the weather as I keep my houses out all year round. I only know all of this because I did buy one of my first birdhouses online and the birds have never used it and it is a piece of junk. If the birds don't use it this year, I'm going to replace it with a house from WBU. The staff at the store is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well and I enjoy spending time in the store, in fact, I have told them that if I ever win the lottery, their store will be the first place I visit. I haven't purchased bird food from them but I can tell that it is excellent quality and is very clean and fresh looking, the only reason I don't buy bird food from WBU is because it's just not in my budget unfortunately. I will continue to shop with WBU for all of my birdhouse needs. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise through the years.

I was so grateful that Paul delivered my order and so quickly. I haven’t been able to visit the store in person because I’m currently going thru chemo. But I love the selection and quality of the WBU products at the Frederick store.

I've been ordering from Frederick MD WBU for 2 years now, since COVID began. Even through a change of ownership the service has been virtually flawless. Any supply issues are usually not under their control and are always clearly communicated. Delivery communication is also excellent. Recommend folks sign up for membership ASAP to take advantage of the discounts, frequent specials and helpful quarterly info-emails - Pete @ The Refuge
