I AM ALWAYS GREETED BY THE STAFF AND ASKED IF I NEED ANY HELP AND WHEN I DO THEY RESPOND, REALLY APPRECIATE THE HELP IN SELECTIING ITEMS WHEN NEEDED. i ALSO APPRECIATIVE OF THE HELP IN CARING MERCHANDISE TO MY CAR. DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC REALLY APPRECIATED THE ABILITY TO DO THE ORDERING ONLINE AND DRIVING UP AND HAVING MY PURCHASES BROUGHT OUT TO THE CAR.

The staff is always so friendly and have a vast knowledge of birds & their products. The store always has a fun bird related day they are celebrating ie Superb Owl day for Super Bowl Sunday!
