I really appreciate that the staff at WBU can give useful advice to help me have the best bird viewing experience. I do wish that WBU would move away from the old-school, save the paper copy of your receipt in order to use the benefit program that is a paid benefit. It should be automatic in the stores, same as online. I do a lot of shopping and this is the only repeat customer program that still relies on customers saving accumulated receipts.
