The staff is well versed in the product line and goes out of the way to be helpful. While the prices are slightly higher than some other local suppliers the quality is what attracted us.

I was having trouble attracting birds to my new feeder (bought elsewhere), employee recommended a new seed and advised how to attract birds. We had birds the next day!

The staff are always very courteous and knowledgable. The only issue that I had with my last visit was within 2 hours of me returning from the store a coupon appeared in my email for $7 off. I wish that I had received the discount while at the store.
