I really appreciate the personal deliveries during Covid. I ordered several different things and they were delivered to my doorstep the next day. Doesn’t get much better than that!

I've been a Wild Birds Unlimited customer for many years. I love going into the store and seeing new things, learning more about the birds. The staff are like old friends. Website was easy to navigate - order was ready for pickup at the door.

Good products, great service, very nice people

I was able to access the website easily. The products were clearly organized. My delivery was quick and the order was accurately filled.

Staff directed me to the best choice bird seed based on my description of feeder type and what I had been using previously.

Quick service. I placed the order on Friday and got delivery early Saturday morning. And they threw in a free seed squirrel.

Love the staff, even the pup that always barks when you walk in. Feels like returning home, friendly and welcoming. Stock was low but that’s to be expected thru the pandemic. Always get multiple choices when I ask a question so I don’t feel like I’m scammed or buying more than I need to.

The folks at Wild Birds Unlimited in Frederick Maryland are always very friendly and courteous. They always offer to carry the seed out to the car, which I really appreciated after my surgery last year. They carry the products I desire at reasonable prices. Also they are following COVID-19 safe practices and we feel very comfortable and secure in the store.
