We are always treated warmly. Always given useful information. Never feel rushed. There are always new gift ideas on the shelves. Usually very well stocked. This is the first time the 20lb. bags of safflower were out of stock, but we were helped with purchasing some 5lb. and 10lb. bags of safflower so our birds at home could remain happy until the shipment arrives.

Getting our bird feed, during the COVID-19 pandemic, was handled so well by your curbside pickup! Now that we can come into your store, you are doing a great job of keeping us all safe! Thank you 😊

I had the need for a protective hanging device to limit the access of my clever four footed friends while allowing easy feeding for my usual birds. The packaged "Bugsnuts" I brought in fit perfectly into t sturdy wire hanging cage the store clerk suggested and i was out of the store in minutes.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff . Felt it was worthwhile to go to a wild bird speciality store rather than a big box store . Definitely will return again .

Keith and Beth Hamilton are so great and very friendly! They make great recommendations when I need some direction in attracting certain birds. The quality of the bird feed and other products are of high quality. I know my birds certainly love them! (And sometimes the squirrels! LOL) I will enjoy supporting small businesses and they are one of the best that I ever dealt with! I shall return to purchase more items!! During this unusual time with the pandemic I look forward in putting WBU bird food out as I know that I will see a lot of birds including hummingbirds coming to my feeders.
