The owners really care about their customers and do little things to make the experience better every time. In this case, the “squirrel” bird food - complete with a mask- when we extended our membership. Having a membership option is a great option. There’s always a wide variety of products on hand and having the delivery option was significant earlier in the pandemic.

The staff are very attentive and knowledgable. Helpful but not overbearing. I enjoy all my experiences there. Excellent selection of seeds and bird feeders, houses baths and other items. They also have great customer service and delivery!

The staff at this store is always attentive without being pushy. They have been very good at helping me pick various food blends to cater to my bird and squirrel friends. They are doing social distancing perfectly, and I love how all of the animal shaped birdseed creatures are currently wearing paper masks.

Always friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They take an interest in their customers and pride themselves on knowing people and always trying to accommodate requests. The couple who owns this store are wonderful people and their employees exemplify their kind and diligent welcoming standards.
