I really enjoy the handwritten note in each order, all the products are of very high quality and the birdseed are gtreat they have no filler seed in them, also bark butter is amazing birds go nuts

I was impressed with the store. It was very clean, and the staff had on masks. There was a shield around the register for added protection and because the store is well laid out it was easy to say as distant as possible and feel comfortable. I haven't been going to a lot of stores in the last 3 months, but I was comfortable at WBU and will go again without hesitation.

Started with WBU this spring. I order weekly now. All the nuts and bolts of ordering online and getting supplies delivered go smoothly every time. Products are as advertised. Very welcoming to new customers. I feel like part of the Frederick store family even though I have never been there, because they include lots of personal touches; postcards, notes on receipts, etc.

The staff always remembers me and help me.

Beth and Keith are always helpful and friendly, have been visiting them for years. Bird feed is superior to that from other supplies that I have tried. Usually pick up helpful hints re: bird attraction, identification, etc.

I always look forward to shopping here. The quality of the products, the cleanliness and layout of the store, and most importantly the owners who are always eager to help and answer questions. On this particular visit they helped me identify a bird that I had a photographed in my back yard.
