I had called before I drove to the store (50 miles round trip) to check on the hours the store was open. I left a message and was called back within 20 minutes. The staff was very pleasant and nice to talk to when I arrived. When I go to this store it is always a pleasant experience!

Love the owners and staff. Their seed is always the freshest and keeps the birds happy! Without the ability to go into the store this is definitely the next best option and they handle it very efficiently.

Keith and Beth are wonderful as are the other associates in the store. They are friendly yet efficient and are knowledgeable about birds and the products in the store. Lately, due to the current situation, I have been taking advantage of home delivery but needed to redeem a "bird buck" coupon in the store. I will no doubt use home delivery in the future as well as store pick up and I really appreciate the extra service!

Bird food is getting too expensive for those on a limited income. That's the only problem I have. Aside from that, the store, products, and staff are great.

Your supplies are somewhat limited at times. I wanted a large bag of shelled peanuts but only found the smaller bag. I know you're aware of this already and are doing the best you can. Ah well... ;-)
