Only non-melt suet available. The large woodpeckers are turned off by the ingredients in non melt. I like to use regular plain suet and peanuts all year round. No additives.

My first visit to the store I purchased a owl box which is over $100 - no one offered me the membership which would have been applied to my account. When I was at the store the 2nd time to communicate my issues with the marketing email links being broken, I made a purchase and was told about the membership - I inquired as to why it was not offered upon my first purchase? No one offered to make good on the mistake or resolve the issue.

It was my first visit and I was very happy my purchase. The lady who waited on me was Very friendly. She even got me to join the savings club

Would have like more items to choose from

Prices of certain products grossly inflated.

It was just on a price comparison. Your suet is much fresher and with coupons and such I'll just keep comparising but I will be back.

I appreciate the quality of the items I purchased, but the cost is somewhat prohibitive for those of us in a fixed income. The items I purchased were an early Christmas present from my husband.
