I was looking for the hot pepper seed cylinder that I usually purchase but they were out of stock.

Easy to place order and pick it up I like the discounts

Merchandise was a bit limited due to holiday sales and COVID-caused delays in restocking

I am on their mailing list and often get % off coupons. When I asked if they had sent any discount emails lately, the rep said that they had mailed it instead of emailing it. I told her that I never received the mailing and wasn't offered a discount. PS I spend nearly $100 and wasn't offered a discount!

Its just so expensive for feed when you arent working....its a struggle to pay for the expensive good quality feed

I would like to be able to find more items in the online store that area also in the B&M store. It looks like the product selection is more limited- in food and feeder parts- that I noticed.

I guess they are having trouble with supply but often lately they do not have the suet cylinders I prefer

Often you are out of products that I buy. I live in Hagerstown so it is frankly a pain to drive to your store not finding what I want/need
