From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and excited by the decor and arrangement of the store. But even more important was the welcome of the staff--gracious, enthusiastic, pleasant, and helpful. The shopping experience was gratifying. I received helpful information, enthusiastic encouragement, and efficient handling of my purchases when I was finished. I went home excited to hang my new bird feeder.
