The store(s) set a pretty high customer experience bar, so a 'satisfied' rating at Wild Birds Unlimited is "full marks" . . . customer expectations well met.

Nobody even acknowledged me until we checked out The store felt a bit cluttered as a person who uses a walker it makes it difficult to get around

Did not have stock. Check out system slow. Did not realize my membership had ran out. Had to return entire purchase and then recharge it. In the past check out has been incredibly slow and inaccurate charges.
