Every is so friendly and helpful. The staff knows the products and recommend items for what I need. I also like saving money with the membership and bird bucks.

The shop is clean and well stocked. The staff (2 legged and 4) are friendly and welcoming. They are available to answer questions then step away to allow you to browse.

The sales lady who helped was very knowledgeable and gave me ideas for taking care of the seed and what food to attract the birds I wanted in my yard. I enjoyed our conversation very much.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The bird seed is top quality. Checkout is easy, and staff will even carry a heavy bag of bird seed to your car. I love shopping here! (And my birds appreciate it.)
