I was welcomed as soon as I came in the door! I explained why I was there and what I was looking for to a very patient, smiling, and understanding staff! I felt so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! Other staff stepped in to help and explain what I was looking at, answered questions I had and gave lots of information I did not know. Everything in store was great quality and I couldn’t believe what I had been missing out on!! The view on the tvs of the bird and animal activity outside the store and the big clear windows were just an amazing view. I saw things outside being used that were for sale inside! I loved it bc I was actually able to visually see what the item did!! I loved every minute I was in there which was about an hour or more! Y’all need to bring a store to Gloucester, VA the countryside!!! 🥰🥰 Judith
