I had several things to pick up and the lovely gentleman hat helped me was very knowledgeable and help me decide on a perfect new bird house for our back yard.

The store is my "happy place". They had a special talk on bats that evening. I like it when they don't have the talks the same Tuesday evening since I usually have a commitment the last Tuesday of the month. They had the talk on a Wednesday which I could attend. I learned a lot about bats. I got to spend some extra time looking at the seasonal merchandise and talking to one of the employees about the current feeding season. They had the bird food that I needed and it was a quick check out.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They always make you feel welcome.

I love WBU (Yorktown). Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And, I love seeing the greeters (fur babies) when they’re on site.
