Why this order was online, I have visited the store in person. I do not live in Winter Springs. The store and personnel are great and highly recommend. Never had a problem ordering online.

Fast service but product has changed and squirrels are eating me out of stock

The staff knew the products and was very helpful in making my selection. I appreciate the time they spent with me as I have never tried bird feeding before. In my opinion they are the best.

Great customer service!! The folks in the store were so friendly and so knowledgeable and so willing to be helpful. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated their patience and kindness and information. Absolutely loved the store and the people and would return the next time I need anything for my birds.

I used to buy products from other suppliers and after using their products I was left with a messy a bird feeder areas.

I absolutely love this store! Every time I go in there, they make me feel like family, I guess we kinda are cause we’re all bird lovers. Although I can’t remember her name, I’m thinking it was Rachel help me out and she was amazing.
