Staff knew me by name when I came in, even though I'm only there every 2-3 weeks.

I’m not always able to get into the store when you advertise the birthday coupons or other sales. I really like how even though the coupon has passed the time limit, the cashier always honours it. I really appreciate that. The cashier was very helpful in looking at my account and reminding me what I purchased the last time. It never seems a bother to them and they always offer to help carry out the merchandise. These things go along way for good customer service.

The quality of the products I buy there are out standing. They always have new and interesting bird products.
