A very nice young man who obviously loves birds looked after me. Because there were other people paying, I just put my stuff nearby waiting for a cashier to be free but this young man picked it all up and moved it to his spot when he was free. He also carried my bags out to my car. All people at this store are always very nice but I was just impressed with this guy because he was so young and so very nice….a customer service professional…lol.

Friendly and courteous staff. In my last visit the hot suet was on backorder and they were nice enough to both call me and email me to let me know that it was back in stock. Unfortunately the 6 pack that I usually buy is still on backorder so I bought 6 single packages. Terrific staff - always a treat to visit the store

They usually have to assist me to ensure I am buying the same product as the last time. They are very willing to look on my profile to do this. I always spend a few extra minutes browsing each visit.

I was extremely impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Also REALLY LIKED that I could bring my dog into the store with me. In addition to the items that I purchased, I needed 2 perches for my WBU birdfeeder which were given to me free of charge. Very much appreciated!
