The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Store is convenient to our house. The store is always fun to look around and shop. Prices are competitive.

The people are friendly; their products are excellent and easy to access; the time or two there has been a problem, they happily exchanged or gave us a refund. They are honest and sell top quality products. Our birds and squirrels are very happy and so are we!
