Very friendly , helpful & knowledgeable staff. My only negative is the price is quite a bit higher than I'm use to paying at True Value for bird seed.

I always enjoy going into the store. The staff is friendly and informative. My. score reflects the disappointment in some of your suets. I have purchased 3 that my birds won't touch. I can put suets around them, use other products and they will eat these but these several just sit there and get old. I eventually have to throw them out. Even the squirrels won't eat them. A total waste of money.
