I was so surprised that the delivery was personal. That is, not from FedEx or another delivery service. Very impressive. I’m just sorry that I wasn’t prepared to tip the delivery person. I’ll know next time.

Always greeted with a friendly smile and offering to help. Staff is very knowledgeable on their products and can advise me on what I need to attract different types of birds. Always willing to carry out my purchases without asking. They repaired some of my bird feeders without cost to me. I have been a customer for years and will continue to shop there!

I am not good at computers and the store manager spent a loooooong time helping me to get the order right. He was so patient and kind. Thank you kind sir.
