They are always nice and friendly. They know what I usually purchase, but if it is something different, they help me and everyone is HAPPY.

I had a problem with an existing feeder which the owner was able to fix (the removable bottom had a spring release issue), thereby allowing me to continue using the current feeder. Also, I was looking for a pole support and I had a couple of store products to choose from and again, the owner, as well as the other staff person in the store (Mary?), were very helpful in helping me to choose what I needed, which, by the way, worked just as I'd hoped it would.

I like the no-mess seeds. I live in a townhouse complex and am limited to how many bird feeders I can set up. The no-mess seeds work well for me.
