I've shopped at this particular store for several years. Not only is the owner friendly and knowledgeable, his staff are as well. I've never had a visit where i anything but appreciation for my patronage. I live more than an hour's drive from this store so I don't get there as often as I would like but I always feel welcomed when I do. also, the quality of the vast majority of products is excellent. I do have an idea for a possible new product. How about a small water bath (5-6" diameter) that would attach to the pole systems you have,. rather than designed for below feeder arms, how about above so seed/suet remains will stay out of the water?

This is my first order in many years. I replaced a feeder (probably 15 years old). The new feeder is exactly like my older one. It is sturdy and the birds love it. Browsing through the website, you are the only place I am aware of that sales bird seed with pepper, and that will be my next order, as I despise squirrels. Also the young lady who delivered my order was friendly and courteous. Delivery was as prompt as Amazon Prime.
