Young man who waited on me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I think his name was Alex, but I may be wrong. Our last visit was Monday, 1/15/24. He knew exactly the kind of food we needed, etc.

My husband bought me a gift there and when I opened it, I found that one of the screws was not properly placed and would probably fail after a short period of time. I returned it to the store and the manager quickly replaced the feeder with a new one. Great service, with a smile.
