I've been a customer at this store for many years and an item I purchased a year ago worked so well that I wanted another one in the same color (a baffle). When I went to the store, they had the product but not th e color I wanted. the owner, Greg McGinnis, offered to order it ofr me, which I accepted. I figured it might take several weeks but it came in about 10 days later. As I live about 30-40 minutes away in another town, he said he'd be glade to hold it for me. As it turns out, my wife at lunch with friends in Gastonia that day and I was able to reach her and she was able to pick it up. Greg and his staff have ALWAYS offered great customer s3ervice and WBU products are high quality.

I have shopped at our local WBU for the last few years since COVID. Their merchandise, its quality and quality, the selection, the club membership that really helps with purchasing seed, and the regular sales make it a great place for my birding needs.
