This store is run extremely well with knowledgeable employees who genuinely want to help their customers with purchasing excellent products. These products give them the best chance of attracting the types of birds they know are in and around their backyards and neighborhoods. Dave and Judy have a great inventory of feeders, seed products, suet options, bird houses, pole systems for attaching feeders, houses, and other accessories. They also have shirts and hats, related with birds. It is definitely the best franchise for birding products.

The staff was warm and friendly. Assisted me with a membership. Assited me to my car to help with carrying my bags.

I love this store and the employee that seems to always be there when I come in! I always find something I want to try out in my garden for the birds!

They have such a variety of merchandise, from seeds to cards, beautiful cards and towels and jewelry, which all coordinate with the birds. Love to go there!

It had what I was looking for

I spoke to the woman on duty about different types of suet and how to choose one since I have never used it before. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
