Great staff

I learned things about birds & their houses that I didn't previously know.

I was trying to find a certain type of feeder for my robins to eat mealy worms. The salesperson showed many different feeders to choose from. He also told me where to hang it outside.

Merchandise quality & price. staff friendliness, helpfulness & knowledge. Never have had a disappointing experience at the West Chester store.

I needed to buy some nyger seed and I asked why gold finches showed zero interest in the feeders that I have. The clerk told me that it has a very short shelf life and once it dries out they won't touch it. I appreciated her expertise.
