Warren and Courtney run a very clean, well-organized operation. Staff is well trained in the various product lines; willing to make recommendations when customers are unsure; happy to talk about birds, other wild creatures, and their environments; and socially aware of human activities that adversely effect nature. The store is conveniently situated for me, and advertising includes word-of-mouth. Word-of-mouth can be both the best and worst vehicle for any company. To my mind this particular store gets the best WOM because of the friendly staff and owners. Their willingness to make reasonable accommodation for customer happiness is one hallmark of a great business model. Store #476 does it well.

They always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is taken care of and their needs are attended to.

Everyone we have interacted with was highly knowledgeable about the products and wildlife. The seed is great quality with no fillers and the products are also high quality and last forever. I have a feeder that is 20 years old.
