Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My whole family enjoys going in to shop at the Fredericksburg VA location. They are especially helpful in setting up pole systems and new feeder stations.

They always greet you right when you walk in and are super helpful and offer to help you out to the car with your purchase. The tab broke off the bottom of my feeder and they quickly fixed it for me at no charge. My favorite thing is the greeter cats they have there, so cute!
