the only reason was PRICE of product, People were Great

Wanted bird seed earlier but was out of stock. When seed was in stock tried to order online but order wasn't received per store personnel. Went into store and made purchase. Sales staff were helpful.

The products are great but I think expensive. Paid $115 to mount a $26 blue bird feeder.

Always room for improvement no matter what you do. (lower Price, More items, Better hours, ) not saying anything was wrong but nothing is perfect.

I did not place on-line or phone, I go into the store. I would love to be able to shop in the store without feeling like I'm rushed. Sometimes I just want to browse and I know the clerks have a lot of time on their hands, but it gets uncomfortable and annoying. Just let us shop around without constantly asking us questions or offering to help.

I recently joined feederwatch to participate in their bird count. Feederwatch sent me a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase. After everything was rung up, they wouldnt accept the coupon. I spent over $100 and The store owners could only say "that isn't our coupon" . I think they could have just made an exception and given me $10 off, and said in the future, we wont honor them. The only reason I chose this store, wild birds unlimited, was to use the coupon. I should have cancelled the sale, but the 2 young sales people were very nice and helpful.

Knowledge of personnel and selection of products

I was interested in your hot pepper seed, mostly black oil sunflower in the shell. It was not available, only chips were. I'd like to see you carry one in the shell in larger bags.

When I came to pick up my purchase, I called the store to let them know I was outside. I kept getting a recording that they were on the phone and to call back. I tried to call for 5 minutes, but could not get through. Finally someone noticed I was at the curb and came out to help me.

It was related to two customers who were bartering with each other over who was going to pay for what while other customers were were standing in line. I just think it unnecessary and held up other customers.
