Prices are high.

I came in with a question/problem with a feeder that I bought last year. Salesperson was helpful but problem still exists. She did her best to remedy the situation by comp-ing a small bag of birdfeed to replace that which was thrown out due to mold. The problem with the feeder lies in the inability of the seed to slide down within reach of the birds when the feeder is mostly empty. The seed then molds and has to be cleaned out.

I think the person working was new. Just not as personable than most encounters there. And I actually look forward to that but know it’s a rarity these days.

It's wildly expensive, even for harder to find seed. Safflower was way overpriced.

I don’t know if it’s the new management but the prices have gone up and that’s not cool. It was already expensive so I’m not sure if I want to keep up with this hobby.

Too much hovering over customers.

I did not receive the item that I ordered.

Some of the staff seem to be inpatient, and or disregard customer input as a waist of time. Im not sure if the owner is an older man, however if he's in the shop I won't go in. I find him extremely rude. I love the product and will always buy there.

Owner seemed annoyed that I can in the store. When they gave me a replacement piece for one of my feeders, which I had bought two previously, told me I was buying the wrong seed cylinder which is why it broke. Funny part was they were always selling me the large cylinders when I purchased the previous two holders. Felt as if they were being very condescending and annoyed with my presence. I buy from they pretty consistently and was bit surprised at the rather negative vibe. Normally they are nice.

When I arrived curbside I showed the sales lady my coupon for $5 off on my phone. When I left and looked at the receipt she never applied my coupon!
