Always a pleasant experience when shopping at the Wild Bird Store. Stroe representatives are always very personable, know the products and are able to quickly answer any questions. Love watching the wild birds on the video monitor.

Always greeted when entering store, friendly and pleasant staff. Knowledge of all things we may need.

Entering the store you are immediately acknowledged by smiling and welcoming staff. The store has an openness that invites long looks at bird feeding equipment, bird houses, bird food, and displays near the window and the food stack "island." Just a nice layout. And browsing -- great layout for browsing the parameter displays of bird feeding arrangements. Then, last but not least, there is the staff person who is always willing to engage with your latest birdwatching story (if one cares to share).

Love this store and so do my birds. Very friendly staff and always offers help to carry seed to vehicle. Much appreciated given I have health issues.

The people there are incredible and could answer every question we had. Even if I wasn’t in love with birds I would go there just to enjoy their company!

Owner and staff are all knowledgeable, professional and personable. Absolutely nothing negative to say there. Sadly, if the prices continue to climb, our wild birds aren't going to continue eating as well. Especially with the starlings and graclles back. For now, all is good!
