Staff is friendly and they are able to explain the products in the store to me. I also had the tube in my feeder replaced and they were very helpful with this.

I got the (live) mealworms I wanted and good advice on how best to keep them going for a while (‘til the little ones hatch). :)

The staff is always friendly and has wonderful products. I do feel the prices are a bit high but I will pay them to keep a local business alive. The only complaint I have is w a product I buy from wbu all the time… the fiery hot birdseed. 1. Squirrels aren’t deterred by the heat. 2. Last couple years, the pieces in the bag aren’t very big; mostly crumbs and prices are way high for there not to be total anti squirrel and nice big pieces but people always very nice and knowledgeable

I have never had a bad experience in the store. Great variety of merchandise and the icing on the cake is the friendliness of the staff. They make you feel like family.

I find exactly what I want and if I have a question, the staff always has the answer.

Personal, friendly service

The owner greeted me and personally spent a fair amount of time ensuring I was well-informed about my choices, local birds etc. On additional visits, the staff had the same great approach. While a tad more expensive than local box store competition, both my wife and I agree the additional pennies are well spent. Customer Service is what brings people back into a store. This particular store receives my highest marks.
